Description
Low Taper Fade is a type of fading technique that consists of Low Fade (low fade) + Taper Fade (fading on ears and neck) + Fade (fading technique as such). It is most often cut with clippers, but scissors are frequently used for its refinement. This style is popular due to its simplicity, easy maintenance, and also because not everyone wants to have their sides shaved so that their skin is exposed. It is usually cut from the shortest possible length starting from the contours upward and ends by blending into longer hair at the crown line.

Low Taper Fade

For whom?
It’s ideal for those who want short sides but don’t want the hair on the sides to be so short that the skin shows through. This style is appreciated by athletes and active individuals for its minimal maintenance and comfort during physical activity. Also by people who prefer simplicity and want to save time with hair maintenance in the morning. However, it’s necessary to say that this type of Fade requires more regular cutting intervals because its sharp contours and transitions grow out faster than other types of fades, such as Middle Fade, Low Fade or Burst Fade.
