Real Barber Modřany

This establishment is our first ❤️, which we opened on October 23, 2022, with three staff members. After less than a year, our team grew to seven barbers, and we decided to construct a second floor. Today we have seven chairs at this location, two floors of barber zones, and two washing stations with massage in both floors. The main interior colors in Prague 12 are red and black — each branch has its own pair of colors; for example, Kačerov uses yellow and grey, and Malešice uses clear blue and black. Among other signature Real Barber features are LED panels that give the clearest view of our work.

My name is Filip Rejlek, and I am the branch manager in Modřany. My goal and the ideology of the Real Barber brand is to approach each customer individually, humanely, and professionally. For me, it is mainly about trying to understand the customer's personality — whether it concerns a haircut, service, or the topics we discuss during visits. My mission is also to help other barbers progress and improve both professionally and personally.

My job is not only about delivering good work and service, but also about ensuring that everyone is satisfied and has everything they need — both barbers and customers — because I value the perfect atmosphere of the business. I believe continuous learning and improvement are essential, and I also know I have experience to pass on to my current and future colleagues. Leading this branch in Modřany is a great responsibility and passion for me. I will do everything in my power so that every customer leaves satisfied and barbers have room to grow.
