This establishment is our first ❤️, which we opened on October 23, 2022, with three staff members. After less than a year, our team grew to seven barbers, and we decided to construct a second floor. Today, we have seven chairs at this location, two floors of barber zones, and two washing stations with massages on both floors. The main colors of the interior in Prague 12 are red and black, and each of our branches has different color combinations; for example, in Kačerov, it’s yellow and gray, while in Malešice, it’s bright blue and black. Another “signature” feature of Real Barber branches is the LED panels we use for the clearest view of our work.

My name is Filip Rejlek, and I am the branch manager in Modřany. My goal and the ideology of the Real Barber brand is to approach each customer individually, humanely, and professionally. For me, it’s mainly about trying to understand the personality of the customer as best as possible, whether it’s regarding a haircut or service, as well as during our conversations and topics throughout their visits.
My mission is also to help other barbers progress and improve both professionally and personally. My job is not only about delivering good work and service, but also about ensuring that everyone is satisfied and has everything they need, both the barbers and the customers, as I value the perfect atmosphere of the establishment. I believe that continuous education and improvement are essential.
I also know that I have valuable knowledge to share with my current and future colleagues. I adhere to the idea that if my surroundings improve, I will improve as well. Leading this branch in Modřany is a great responsibility and a passion for me. I will do everything in my power to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and that barbers have the opportunity to develop and grow for the better.
