Before starting your grooming, it’s good to think about your preferred time and type of service. When making a reservation, you need to select the type of service, category, and your stylist. If you need assistance in this part, feel free to contact us using one of the methods mentioned above, and we will promptly and gladly recommend an option that closely matches or meets your expectations and wishes. To facilitate your choice, we recommend checking the profiles of barbers in the services section. It is advisable to place an order for our services at least thirty minutes before the grooming appointment so we can fully meet your requirements.
Reservation and course of the visit
For the sake of our clients’ privacy and discretion, your reservation details are never shared with third parties. During our services, it is common for stylists or customers to take photos or videos of the results. However, if you find yourself in such a situation during your visit and it makes you uncomfortable, please let us know, and we will resolve the situation immediately.
Upon entering the salon, we will offer you non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Then, your stylist will seat you in their working area. The barber chairs we use are exclusively from high-quality German manufacturers, designed on specially designed stands. The chairs we use are adjustable in height from 60 cm to 110 cm and have a width of 80 cm, and we always choose the version with leather combined with steel and hard plastic. The chair is sufficiently comfortable, with ideal firmness, and properly distributes your weight across the entire width of the seat.
Our salons are illuminated only with clear white and yellow daylight for the best conditions during detailed work. In the salons, we play various genres of music, but you will primarily hear House, Pop, Hip Hop, and Rap. We always strive to adjust the volume and genre of the music to suit our current customers. Each of our services has clearly defined procedures. We always begin with a consultation regarding your ideas and possibilities, followed by grooming, washing, styling, and final recommendations. With all the details we include in our services, delays can occasionally occur. As soon as this becomes evident, our operator will contact you as quickly as possible. We ask you to do the same.
