Probably the elegant faded look. It seems simple, but head proportions, nape length and product have to fit. Buzz is faster, but still must be clean. Every cut has a catch - time for one, precision for the other.

How do you treat a first-time barbershop client?
With more patience. I explain the flow, ask about past experience, and let them talk. The first visit decides whether they return. I want them to feel heard, not just served.
What do you do for growth outside the salon?
Online training and tips with colleagues from other branches. And I watch people on the street - how cuts sit and how they wear them. Simple, but the best free inspiration library.
