After the conditions are met you get 500 RBC, equal to 500 Kč. You’ll see the balance in your wallet. You can spend RBC freely, 1 RBC = 1 Kč.

From the moment they enter their phone on the invite, they have 30 days to register, book, and complete the first visit. A completed visit means the appointment actually took place. If your invitee books and then cancels, you won’t get the reward. If they cancel one booking but create another and complete it within 30 days of accepting the invite, we’ll credit your reward.

Only for new customers who do not already have an account. Existing customers cannot use the promo. The condition is about the account, not a booking. So if you refer someone who already has an account but has never completed a reservation with us, the promo still does not apply. It is valid only for people who are not in our client registry, whether or not they have ever visited.
