This massage is very popular with us, and it’s no wonder why! It begins with the chest muscles, which are often linked to neck and shoulder pain. The neck muscles are a major trigger for frequent headaches, so we make sure not to skip them during this massage. We also focus on the smallest neck muscles that you might not even be aware of.
Next comes the most relaxing part of the massage—the head massage. We gradually move from the scalp to the forehead and parts of the face, reaching the ears. The ears contain numerous pressure points, making them an essential area in an anti-stress massage. Finally, we return briefly to the neck area to gently awaken you from the massage.
“Before each massage, the therapist will discuss your health condition, the reason for your visit, as well as any contraindications and indications for the massage.”
