You switch between Hagibor and Kačerov - what did that teach you about people?
A lot. Each branch has a slightly different energy and communication style. I learned to quickly read whether a client wants calm service or chat and a looser vibe. The same cut can be delivered two ways - technically identical, but the experience differs.
Blow taper fade and French crop - why are they among your favorites?
They work on many hair types and people. Blow taper fade looks clean and modern; French crop is practical and easy to maintain. Both can stay understated, but when they are precise, clients feel them all week.
How do you approach beard work with a buzz cut?
Beard and hair must match. With a buzz we often sharpen the beard contour so the face does not look “bald” or messy. I ask whether they want a soft blend or a sharp outline. The beard frames the whole cut.
Where do you get inspiration for new cuts?
From social media and from teammates. Sometimes the best idea appears in the chair on a live head, not a photo. I try new things on myself from time to time - if you will not wear it, it is hard to sell it.
