We bring you a series of interviews with our colleagues. We ask them different questions to introduce them in more detail.

At Hagibor you also color hair and beards - how do you prepare a client for the first color?

First we sit down and align expectations. I show what is realistic in one visit and what needs gradual tuning. With beards I also cover home care - color without maintenance fades fast. Clients should leave with a result and a plan, not only a new color in the mirror.

Blow taper fade is among your favorites - what do you focus on most?

Volume and hair direction. The blow has to match hair type, otherwise the fade looks great but the top does not “live”. I like combining a clean blend with light texture on top so the cut holds shape the next day. It looks simple, but there are many details inside.

You also work with afro hair - what is different?

Hair structure and respect for the natural shape. You cannot force a universal template. You listen to how the hair reacts and work with the curl pattern, not against it. Communication matters even more - clients often know what they do not want, but not always how to name it.

What does your ideal workday look like?

A calm morning station setup, then alternating cuts and color, with a minute to refocus between clients. If I leave in the evening feeling I gave everyone full attention, I am happy. And sometimes coffee with colleagues after work - Hagibor has a good crew.
