Taper fade and low fade are your domain - what is the difference for you?
Taper is a softer, more natural blend - great when clients want cleanliness without hard contrast. Low fade is bolder and often more modern. Choice depends on head shape, job, and how much maintenance they want between visits.
Side part is among your favorites - why does it never go out of style?
It is universal - formal or street. With right proportions and length it works at any age. Clients often return after years wanting a modern version of what they used to wear - and I enjoy that.
How do you see working at Kačerov?
Fast pace and a high bar. Regulars know what they want, which forces consistency. You cannot run at 80% one day and 100% the next. In that environment you either improve or you see it in reviews and faces.
What keeps you grounded?
Family and a few close people I can tell everything. Work is full-on from morning to night, so outside I need calm. Sometimes a day trip out of Prague - one day in nature resets the head.
