Burst fade and curly fringe - how do you combine them without looking overdone?
The fade must support the top, not fight it. On curlier hair I leave more volume on top and keep the fade clean but not aggressive. Curly fringe needs lightness - a harsh blend kills naturality. The goal is a cut that looks like “this is how it grows”.
Bro flow is among your favorites - what do clients appreciate most?
That it is easy to live with. No one-hour dryer battle every morning. Right cut plus simple care, and you still look put-together - often more important than fashion extremes.
How do you learn new things in the craft?
Online videos, teammate tips, and chair practice. I try things on a model or in a quieter slot. I learn fastest by applying immediately - theory stays minimal.
Best reset outside work?
A walk with music or a beer with friends. Nothing complicated. The head needs a pause so it works again in the chair. When I am rested, clients feel it too.
