This massage is one of our most popular treatments, and it’s no wonder why! It begins on the chest muscles, which are often linked to neck and shoulder pain. The neck muscles are a common trigger for frequent headaches, so they are never overlooked in this massage. We focus on even the smallest muscles in the neck that you may not even realize exist. Next comes the most pleasant part of the massage\u2014the head massage. We gradually move from the scalp to the forehead, facial area, and ears. The ears contain numerous pressure points, making them a crucial part of the anti-stress massage. Finally, we return to the neck for a brief moment and gently bring you back to wakefulness.<\/span><\/p>\n

FACIAL MASSAGE:<\/span><\/h2>\n

A very gentle technique that targets facial muscles, inducing a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. It has detoxifying and rejuvenating effects.<\/span><\/p>\n

A facial massage is the most beautiful form of relaxation you can treat yourself to. We use a bioactive mask that does not dry out and gently warms up during the massage. This mask provides deep nourishment to the skin, promoting a youthful appearance. Special small strokes are used during the massage to enhance blood circulation in the skin.<\/span><\/p>\n

As mentioned before, the neck area is one of the most problematic. This massage is especially recommended for those who work at a computer, as the cervical spine and hands endure significant strain. We focus on tight areas around the upper back, shoulder blades, and shoulders, working to release tension and alleviate pain. Then, we continue with the hands, bringing a feeling of rejuvenation to the palms. The forearms are often affected by tendon inflammation, commonly known as “carpal tunnel syndrome.” This area needs thorough massage, and we also recommend light home massage techniques. The upper arm connects to the shoulder, meaning it can also become stiff.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every body is unique, so patience is essential. At certain moments, the massage may be uncomfortable or even slightly painful, but communication with the therapist is key. One of the most painful yet effective techniques involves releasing so-called trigger points. These are small localized muscle spasms, often felt as painful knots. Trigger points can cause pain in distant areas of the body. They are commonly caused by excessive physical exertion, repetitive strain, or poor posture.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the longest massage we offer, so you can choose which parts of the body you want to focus on. A popular combination is a leg and back massage or a hand and back massage. For leg massages, we can perform a sports massage, which we recommend before physical activity to warm up the muscles and prepare them for exertion. Alternatively, after physical activity, a massage helps improve circulation and accelerate muscle recovery. Another great option is combining an anti-stress massage with a facial massage\u2014perfect for relaxation in a stressful lifestyle.<\/span><\/p>\n
